profichip´s management established a Quality Policy to communicate profichip´s total commitment to quality. It reflects our commitments towards meeting customer expectations through continual improvement of Quality Management System (QMS) and focus on Quality Products and Quality Processes.
This implemented QMS improves its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001:2000. Key processes are defined.
All new products, processes and suppliers must pass predetermined evaluation before receiving initial qualification release. Major changes also require evaluation before release into the standard manufacturing flow. To assure continuing conformance of all products to reliability goals, an ongoing program is maintained.
Failure modes discovered during qualifications testing, inspections, customer returns or in-process screenings are processed through our profichip´s QMS to determine the cause or relevance of the failure. Verified failure modes are documented and corrective action initiated as required to eliminate root cause.
