10.01.08: TAPE & REEL Packaging
profichip now offers VPC3+CLF (PQFP44) in tape-and-reel packaging for fully automatic assembly.
This enables economic and automatic processing for profichipīs components as well. Usually VPC3+CLF (equal. to SPC3 from SIEMENS) packed on trays with 96pcs. Tape&reel packaging will be available also for other products soon.
